Scope of the online offering

The contents of this website present my personal work as a software engineer, author and translator — including references to published books, theological platforms (sozinianismus.de, socinianism.com) and short videos. All texts are prepared with the greatest possible care. Nevertheless, no guarantee can be given for the timeliness, completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

Liability for content

As a service provider I am responsible, pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG, for my own content on these pages under the general laws.

Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, I am not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard, however, is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. As soon as I become aware of any such infringement, I will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

My offering contains links to external websites of third parties (including Amazon, YouTube, GitHub, Goodreads and Linktree), over whose content I have no influence. For this reason I cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Unlawful content was not recognisable at the time of linking. A permanent content-related monitoring of the linked pages is, however, not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Should I become aware of any infringements, I will remove such links immediately.
